Our History
In 2006 our first client, a small development company challenged us to project manage the design of an award winning thermal efficient home. In 2008 the results of our endeavours were celebrated when our client won a national award and the project became a point of focus for the UK’s leading academic institutes.
This was achieved by setting expectations high, communicating this aspiration clearly with the people that mattered most, the frontline workforce. By supporting and celebrating their contribution the client beat many of the country’s leading house builders with their first new build project.
Our approach
Centres on the front line and challenges those that can give more, to do so. Supervisors are taught to recognise, accept, encourage and celebrate discretionary effort. Training and support is provided to those contributing more. Plans, processes and procedures are written to promote and control the issues being dealt with. Results are captured and knowledge is transferred within the client’s asset base.
